CONCERT COSTUMES
Concert Costume is an ongoing exploration of creating sound through costume in a musical setting. The projects are made in collaboration with violinist Freja Julie Rasch Eskildsen, cellist Léa Sol and composer Athanasia Kotronia under the interdisciplinary artist collective CONSONANCE. Through different projects and explorations we seek to create interdisciplinary performance pieces where music and costume are inextricably linked both visually and in sound.
INTERWOVEN MELODIES AND DESIGN
2024-25
Through multiple sound sessions we tried out different material experiments and prototypes to determine new sounds and placements for the sound-giving effects. We worked with analogue sound, using materials such a seashells, acrylic, metal pipes and plastic straws to create percussion sounds.
