Agnes Saaby Thomsen

Agnes Saaby Thomsen works in the cross field of costume, fashion and art. At the focus of her work is always the body, femininity and movement. Agnes is educated as a fashion designer from The Royal Danish Academy and alongside her studies she has worked as a photographer. Photography plays a big role in her works, both as a method of staging her work, but also at the heart of her process, as well as taking on photography jobs for clients. 

​Agnes work both with creating custom made garments, selling one-of-a-kind pieces made from reused film banners and creating feminist embroidery casual wear. She also works with artistic projects exploring different themes and experimenting with techniques always relating to the feminine body.
